Olivia is a long-time member of the GBO team whose attention to detail is matched only by her understanding of customer needs. And that’s what makes her the perfect Customer Satisfaction Manager. From figuring out the best ways to make a customer happy, to anticipating their needs before they ever arrive on the website, Olivia is always looking out for our customers’ best interests.

Tell us about yourself. What’s interesting or fun about you? What do you love to do, and why?

I am a perfectionist, just like my father, so I always try to do my best - in life and at work. I pride myself on being attentive to detail, since I find it important to pay attention to every single little thing, whether that's a system you work in or a person you talk to. I like to solve puzzles, literally and metaphorically. I believe that real dreams must not come true, but should be something to strive for and get closer yet never reach. Since when you do, your dream is no longer a dream, and there's nothing you should live for. That's why the best dreams should be about something great, yet never reachable.

What are your favorite holidays?

My favorite holidays are those not connected with me. I enjoy choosing and giving presents for my loved ones, just because! There's nothing more precious than a smile on their faces, and I feel high being the reason for it.

What are your favorite products in the GBO catalog?


I love flowers and my dream is to become a florist one day! Flowers have been all around me since I was a child; my Mum grew flowers in the garden and there was plenty of green in the field near our house. Now I no longer live at that wonderful place, but the great variety of bouquets and plants that we offer can certainly warm my heart. This bouquet reminds me of my wedding bouquet, so it is my #1 favorite in our catalog.

What do you wish customers knew when they call in?

I wish our clients knew that whenever they call they are always welcomed. The whole CS Team simply enjoys talking to customers and helping with whatever question arises. The most important thing in communication is hearing what isn't said. So, when a client calls he can be sure we are all ears/eyes/noses for them.


Since you’re so awesome and talented, and could clearly work anywhere, what makes you love working at

I am strongly convinced that the most amazing thing about is the atmosphere, whether it’s relations within the team or our attitude to customers, I have never faced a similar friendly and kind of "family" way to treat people. It does not mean there are no issues, but if we encounter them, the way we resolve them comes from the heart.
